Each year, the staff at the Walter Harper Talkeetna Ranger Station compiles a summary of mountaineering activities in Denali National Park and Preserve.
New in 2014, we have shifted from a PDF newsletter-style summary to an easier-to-read HTML web format. The
2014 Annual Mountaineering Summary includes our yearly rescue and medical summaries, a statistical review, and a rundown of notable ascents. For features such as the Mislow-Swanson Denali Pro Award or our Mountaineering Volunteers-In-Parks information, please look to those respective web pages (currently under construction, but coming soon!)
